Shipping policy
At Beast Art, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? (1 + 2)
The delivery time consists of two periods:
1) Processing Time (1-2 business days):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.
NOTE: Due to the coronavirus, there may be delays from the shipping carriers.
Within 12-24 hours of placing the order, it will be verified and approved. Once the order is approved in our system, production will be initiated. For products with personalized processing, it takes about 2-3 days to produce, ensure quality, and package the product.
2) Shipping Time (approximately 2-10 business days depending on the country):
The time it takes for the item to be delivered from our international shipping center to the destination. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it takes:
Germany: 2-4 business days* EU countries: 2-8 business days* Worldwide: 5-10 business days* to reach its destination.
*All shipping times exclude customs and clearance delays. During peak seasons such as Christmas or events like Black Friday and Valentine's Day, delays may occur.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer the following shipping rates:
- Free standard shipping within Germany (for orders over €80)
- Standard shipping within Germany for €4.99
- Standard shipping within the EU for €13.99
- Standard shipping worldwide for €19.99
Please note that once an order has been approved, it cannot be modified or canceled as the packaging and processing process of your order begins immediately upon receipt of the order.
