Refund policy for NFTs 

 

Can the customer receive a refund for an NFT?

The purchase of NFTs is associated with high risk and is considered an investment since they can be sold on the open market. Since each physical product is linked to an NFT, a refund for the investment is not possible. If the physical product is damaged on our side (shipping, production), you can contact us via email (info@beastart-store.com) and send the damaged product back to our address (written in the imprint) to receive a new exemplar.

 

Who bears the cost?

Beast Art is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

When can the customer expect a refund?

A refund will be processed within 14 days after the return arrives, in the form of a new product.

Can the customer receive a refund for a Metamerge product?

 

Since each Metamerge product is a individual produced product we can not offer a refund option. If the physical product is damaged on our side (shipping, production), you can contact us via email (info@beastart-store.com) and send the damaged product back to our address (written in the imprint) to receive a new exemplar or to get back the money in form of a payment back on the customers used payment method
